We've kept ourselves busy this winter, building new apple bins & pick-nick tables, logging in the bush and most importantly, Stephanie and I have a new addition to the family, our son: ALEXANDRE.

A few weeks ago, our first lambs hit the ground, a good sign that winter is nearing it's end and during the past few days spring has most definitely made an appearance. The fields are drying out earlier then we've seen in resent years, a good thing for farmers but... still a little unsettling.

An early season usually means asparagus by early May but a greater risk of frost damage when strawberries and apple trees are in bloom. We'll see how it goes!

Another good sign that spring is here is - the St-Patrick's Day parade. This coming Saturday will be spent prepping our float & shinning up Grand-Papa's old tractor. The Quinn Farm staff will be out on what is supposed to be a beautiful day on Sunday - we hope to see you there!
