The year 2015 has been filled with new projects (accomplished or under construction), honey and fall
festivals, family activities, new recipes, new products to sell in our boutique (our new alcohol permit gave us a chance to sample plenty of new local beers – Beau’s beer for example). Again, this year’s Easter egg hunt was a success, our apple slush machine was a new addition to our snack barn, our corn U-pick activity got kids and adults excited, and our pony rides during our fall festival is now a “must”. Now that we have more time to sit down and reminisce about the year that just passed, so many things were crossed off our lists!
Farmers Phil, Mathieu, Patrick and Francois all still working hard even at this time in the year to ensure the smooth progress of the construction of our new building that will house the new kitchen, storage,
refrigeration rooms, juice press, etc. How exciting to see an idea grow into a plan, and a plan being built.
Despite the lack of snow that makes our Christmas tree season a little less festive, the weather is perfect to work on all of our outdoor projects!
The year 2016 will start with the construction of our new building, plans to rearrange our boutique, ideas for new recipes and new products to sell. For the New Year, we hope that: construction deadlines are met, glitches are avoided, temperatures are as helpful as they have been this year, and fruits and vegetables are abundant. But mainly we wish for everyone’s happiness and health. In the end, that’s all that really matters. That is what we wish you as well, many little joys and plenty of health for the year to come!
Lastly, thank you to everyone that visits us each year. Thank you for encouraging us to keep doing what
we do best, what we love. Thank you for making our job so rewarding, fun and important. Thank you
to those who visit us every week, for all your kind words, suggestions and support. Thank you.
And thank you to all that work alongside us. Everyone that comes in early in the morning and sometimes
leave very late at night. Thank you for pushing us to be better with every season, thank you for giving it your all, thank you for being such great team players! We are a team, we will face our trials together and share all of our successes. Hope to see you for our 2016 season.
“Happiness is not something that is sold at the market... it is something that is homemade.”
A beautiful holiday season to you, in hopes that the New Year brings everything you wish for!
Hope to see you all in 2016
