During the Summer and Fall we have a snack bar that provides a sausage on a home made bun. The sausages come from Valens Farm in Huntington, which is an organic farm and the whole grain bun comes from a family bakery.
We also have asparagus or squash soup (depending on the season) made at Quinn Farm which is a good vegetarian option.
For the Christmas season we are serving meals with options of asparagus or squash soup, a slice of tourtiere, mashed squash, beans, and slices of pie.
Only available on weekends in the Summer and Fall at lunch time.
